Welcome to the official terms for the Google Cloud application heavyequipment (Project ID: heavyequipmentwiki) and website Heavy Equipment Wiki (https://heavyequipment.wiki, accessible at both https://heavyequipment.wiki/terms-of-service/ and https://heavyequipment.wiki//terms-of-service). These Terms of Service govern your access to our machinery specifications database, quotation desk, equipment catalog, and administrative Google OAuth 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) systems in compliance with Google Integration policies and United States commercial laws.
Administrative Google SSO & User Data Protections:
Google authentication is restricted exclusively to authorized administrative personnel managing equipment data on our CMS (/ourcmskiuq_wiki/). In accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, user data accessed via Google APIs is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to train artificial intelligence models. Full details on revocation and deletion are set forth in our Privacy Policy.

01Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using https://heavyequipment.wiki (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using this Site immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using this Site on behalf of an enterprise, company, or construction contractor, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
02Service Scope & Machinery Specifications Disclaimer
Heavy Equipment Wiki provides an authoritative database of specifications, dimensions, operator guides, and commercial details for compact construction equipment, mini excavators (TERROR XVII PRO, TERROR III, TERROR IV), STOMP 65 skid steers, and compatible hydraulic attachments (rock hammers, earth augers, quick hitches).
All engine horsepower ratings (Kubota, Cummins), operating weights, hydraulic flow rates (GPM), and breakout forces are compiled from factory engineering tests and manufacturer data sheets. While we strive for complete accuracy, manufacturers continuously improve component configurations. Buyers and machine operators are advised to verify exact site clearances, ground bearing capacities, and attachment pin dimensions prior to jobsite deployment.
03Pricing, Inquiries & Quotations
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD) and exclude applicable state sales tax, local surcharges, or expedited freight unless explicitly specified in a written formal quotation.
- Quote Validity: Formal pricing quotes issued through our direct contact forms or sales desk are typically honored for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance.
- Typographical Errors: In the event that a machine or attachment is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
- Inventory Availability: Listed models are subject to prior sale. Freight dispatch dates depend on warehouse fulfillment cycles from our Commerce, California facility.
04Nationwide Freight & Delivery Terms (Google Merchant Compliance)
We coordinate freight shipment of heavy machinery across the 48 contiguous United States. By purchasing equipment, you agree to our standard freight terms:
- Delivery Location Requirements: Deliveries are executed via standard commercial freight carriers (flatbed or enclosed dry van). The delivery address must accommodate a large semi-truck. If the jobsite or residence lacks semi-truck access, arrangements must be made to receive the machine at the nearest carrier freight terminal.
- Delivery Inspection & Bill of Lading (BOL): The consignee is legally required to inspect the exterior crating, steel frame, and machine condition upon delivery BEFORE signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading. Any transit damage or missing attachments must be clearly noted on the BOL.
- Unloading Responsibility: The customer is responsible for unloading the machine from the freight trailer using appropriate equipment (ramps, forklift, or crane) unless optional hydraulic liftgate service was contracted in advance.
05Factory Warranty & Return Policy (Google Integration Standard)
Every new TYPHON excavator and STOMP skid steer loader distributed through our channel includes a 1-Year / 1,000-Hour Factory Limited Warranty on the primary diesel engine (Kubota/Cummins) and main hydraulic pump, subject to proper scheduled maintenance:
Warranty Scope: Covers defects in factory materials and workmanship under normal commercial operation. The warranty does not cover wearable items (rubber track pads, bucket teeth, hydraulic hoses, filters), accidental damage, operator misuse, or unapproved modifications.
Return Policy: Due to the freight weight, crating requirements, and hazardous materials (fuel/oils) associated with heavy machinery, returns require prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned units must be in unoperated, brand-new condition in original shipping crating within 14 calendar days of receipt. Return freight and standard restocking fees (15–20%) apply to customer-remorse returns.
06Operator Safety, Certification & OSHA Compliance
Heavy machinery, hydraulic rock breakers, and crawler diggers possess inherent risks if operated improperly. You agree that:
- Only qualified, certified, and trained operators will operate heavy equipment purchased or specified through our platform.
- Operators must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, eye protection, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection.
- You agree to comply with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and local municipal excavation guidelines.
- Heavy Equipment Wiki disclaims all liability for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from negligent, unsafe, or unauthorized machinery operation.
